Reservation/Cancellation policy

All reservations are on a first call, first served basis.  A rental contract is required.  Weekly rentals can be reserved from Saturday to Saturday with check in from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.  Weekend rentals require a 2 night minimum at $295.00, except for holiday weekends that require a 3 night minimum stay at $395.00.  Weekly rentals are available at $650.00 per cottage.  In order to effect a reservation, full payment is required in advance as well as a signed rental contract. 

Should you decide to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible.  The amount of any refund is dependent on our ability to re-rent your cottage.  If the premises are re-rented your deposit will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee.  If the premises are not re-rented by the date reserved, guests are liable for 75% of the rental amount.  We do not cancel reservations and refund money due to inclement weather.

On departure, guests are required to to vacuum, wipe down the counters, remove their items from the refrigerator and leave trash at the waste disposal sites.  Please leave the cottage, porch and yard the the way you found it.
